NIL Community Building Rental Rates
Rental Rates (No Alcohol)
Big Room: $250 with a $50 deposit
Small Room: $100 with a $50 deposit
Rental Rates (Alcohol with DRAM Insurance)
Big Room: $500 with an additional $300 deposit*
*The additional deposit is refundable as long as the room is left in the condition you found it. Additional cleaning charges may apply. If your deposit and DRAM Insurance are not paid one week prior, the rate will increase to $700 with a $400 deposit.
Small Room: $200 with an additional $100 deposit*
*The additional deposit is refundable as long as the room is left in the condition you found it. Additional cleaning charges may apply. If your deposit and DRAM Insurance are not paid one week prior, the rate will increase to $300 with a $200 deposit.
All rental money shall be paid one week prior to your event or you risk losing the scheduled date.
*All rentals must have a nonrefundable $50 deposit, which is part of the rental fee. This deposit guarantees your date for the rental.
